We use various delivery companies which depend on the size of parcel and the delivery address. The companies we partner with our Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, Hermes and UKMail.

Once the order has been picked and collected by the courier the tracking details will go live. You may get the tracking number early and in this case you will not be able to track the number until the delivery company has collected the goods.

Surcharges are applied to the following regions due to extra carriage charges applied by the courier.

Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes: IV-all, HS-all, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE-all – £12

All Our products come with a 3 pin UK plug unless specified in the listing. Please make sure you have the adaptor if using outside of the UK.

Late Deliveries

  1. Orders sent by Royal Mail generally ship by 2nd class. We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 2-5 business days of despatch. However, on certain occasions with reasons beyond our control parcels can go missing or be delayed. In this case we must allow Royal Mail 14 working days to class the order as lost before we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

Once the order has been despatched Royal Mail assume responsibility to deliver your item and we need to wait 14 working days before we can issue a refund or replacement.

Please ensure you your delivery address is correct and complete. Errors may delay your delivery as we are unable to intercept or amend these details (as covered by the Interference with mail – Postal Services Act 2000, sections 83 and 84), nor can we refund or compensate for loss or losses as a result of incorrect address.

We are unable to amend the delivery address once you have placed your order. Even if you email us straight after you have placed your order we cannot change the address as our system is connected to couriers systems and delivery address is transferred automatically.
